How a project unfolds.
01Conversation
A first call or visit to get to know you and the space. No mood boards yet, just an honest conversation about how you live and what you’re hoping to change.
02Brief
A written design brief that captures what the home needs to do, and how it should feel. Not a wish list, but a clear, honest document that keeps us aligned from first sketch to final install.
03Concept
Palette, materials, floorplans and 3D visuals, presented as one carefully edited scheme. We don't overwhelm you with options. You see the direction clearly, and we refine it together until it feels right.
04Sourcing
Furniture, lighting and finishes, sourced from trusted partners and suppliers. We have trade access where it adds real value, but we're just as happy to recommend the perfect piece from anywhere.
05Delivery
Installation and project management, quietly handled. We coordinate every contractor, chase every delivery, and solve problems before they reach you. You shouldn't have to project-manage your own home.
06Reveal
Final styling, finishing touches, and a proper walkthrough. Every cushion placed, every shelf considered. Then we step back, and you enjoy it.
