Initial Consultation

About this service

Our journey begins with a detailed consultation, either virtually (£150 for 90 minutes) or in your home (£200 for up to 2 hours). Once your consultation is booked, we'll send you a comprehensive questionnaire designed to explore your style, lifestyle, and aspirations in depth. This thoughtful preparation gives you space to reflect on your home, and helps us understand where you need the most support and what you would like to achieve.

During the consultation, we'll build on your answers as we discuss your ideas, inspiration, and the feeling you would like your home to evoke. For in-person visits, we'll take photographs and note key details to inform your brief. For virtual consultations, you'll share a small set of photographs and any room dimensions you already have to hand, so we can review your space in advance. By the end, we'll have everything needed to create a clear design brief and tailored fee proposal, giving you a confident next step.

Travel: Consultations are priced based on locations within a one-hour travel radius of our studio in Bolton, Greater Manchester. For locations further afield, an additional travel fee may apply. This will always be confirmed in advance.

Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
